For users encountering sound-related issues, it is advised to verify that the side switch is not activated (indicated by the absence of a red dot on the switch). Adjust the device volume accordingly and launch the app. If no sound is still audible, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal on-screen menu pages. Navigate to the first menu page and check for a red button with a bell symbol crossed out; this indicates that the device's ringer is muted, resulting in sound deprivation within our app. A simple touch on this button will restore sound output. Swipe down on the menu to resume app usage, ensuring sound is now functional during song playback.
